Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

  • Delivery Time on Custom Orders: 4-8 weeks production time, plus 2–5 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Courier: We work with trusted logistics partners for secure delivery.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout based on country and weight.
  • Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
     

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Made-to-Order Policy

Because most of our items are made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong item or quantity
  • The fabric is damaged or defective upon arrival

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

If approved, we will offer:

  • An exchange, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the case.
  • In some cases, we may request you to return the item. Return shipping cost will be covered by us only if the error was from our end.

 

Refund Policy

 

We offer refunds in limited situations:

  • If an item is out of stock and cannot be remade
  • If your order was cancelled before production began
  • If the fabric was delivered damaged and cannot be replaced

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Note: We do not offer refunds for delays due to courier services, natural causes, or inaccurate delivery addresses provided by the customer.
